nemike Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 I am new to Launchbox/Bigbox and have just purchased BigBox and installed a new computer from scratch over the last couple days. I have about 8 platforms installed and around 3000 games. I believe when I select any theme with full screen video I just get a mostly blank screen, maybe platform name or other scrolling text but no video. If I change the View I can find other views that show stuff. The default view of CoverBox, RetroFresh and any Unified all show blank screens, which I assume are suppose to be full screen videos. Retro808 Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 Sounds like a silly question, but we have had people answer no before. Did you download vidoes for your platforms? Theme’s for BigBox rarely come with them. Quote

Themes do not include platform videos, but most use them. You can download them from within Launchbox via Tools/Download platform/playlist videos. Quote
