MrSumOne Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 I've been using BigBox for a while and I decided to change up themes recently. The problem is, the preview video in the box when I have a game highlighted is a fan art screen with a smaller video playing inside of that. I know I was able to change this before, but I totally forget where, and I've been playing with the settings for a while now with no success. Can anyone help? Retro808 Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 You likely have the setting in BigBox checked for it to prioritize Theme video over Gameplay videos. In BigBox go to settings then Options>Videos. It will be the last item in that list. If it is checked uncheck it. Quote
MrSumOne Posted July 3, 2020 Author Posted July 3, 2020 So, I tried that, but it stays the theme video. I have confirmed that the games having this issue have a working Theme Video and Video Snap in the edit section of the game. Quote
Retro808 Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 If you are on version 11 of LB go into LB and then check your video priorities in LB tools. New feature with version 11 allows you to set a video priority in LB. This might be overriding the check box in BigBox. 1 Quote

Deam Posted July 20, 2020 Posted July 20, 2020 I just want to add I had the same issue, and the solution noted of changing the priorities in LB worked as well. I'll admit this was confusing, as I didn't realize the priority change occurred LB and was frustrated that the checkbox in BB appeared to have no meaningful effect. Perhaps this will be changed in the future so these features are only in one location. Quote
