Is this in LB or BB?

If in LB what Image Group view do you have you NES platform set to? At the top right of LB is an "Image Group" option. Make sure it is set to the art you are using. I would also select all the games in the NES platform then Right Click and choose "Refresh All Images"

nothing shows up in both versions. ive tried every view option. only three games show up oddly. its driving me mad it SHOULD work. when it goes to download the covers i runs thorugh all the games and takes AWHILE but then at the end it says zero imported i CNTL A over a missing game that highlights ALL the nes games. and then go to tools  download meta data and media and nothing works

ok i tested one by editing it in the program and now it shows the info to theright but no0 cover art...do i have to chane the actual zip file?

You will need to change the name for all the roms in windows, then when they are fixed delete the platform and import it again with the correctly named games.

ok works! i guess i have to manually vchange each zip files ugh but at least its sorted thanks for the help!

As i said, have a look in the zip, they may be right in there, if so just extract them and import the actual roms, not the zips. You are not saving any space keeping them zipped.
