Nes games appearing in arcade platform category

Today I noticed that my NES collection has appeared inside of the arcade platform. I checked the nes platform parents and its set only to show under consoles. When I go to the individual game edit menu they all have a launchbox dB linking them to Nintendo entertainment system. I don't see anything that would explain them being there and I don't know how it happened on its own. I tried deleting the games under arcade but it removes them from NES as well. I also deleted all the games and re imported them to no avail. Any ideas?

Edit: removed my old thread and put it here since I am noob and I'm sure there's an easy fix for my lack of understanding.

I have an arcade platform and consoles platform and the default MAME playlists like Nintendo Classics. This really seems to have happened by itself. The only thing I've done recently was use the audit tool to find games missing 3d boxes and use the download metadata and images feature to fix them.

Edit: It's not all games from my NES library. First ones I see are battletoads and beetlejuice

I think you are confused here, those Nintendo games in your last image ARE arcade games. Nintendo made arcade games back in the day and there are quite a few Nintendo arcade games.

If i search Nintendo in my arcade platform i get all these results.

In fact all those "Arcade Classics" in that list are playlists made from the arcade platform, its just a easy way to find games, and you was offered the choice to create these in the import wizard, and you clearly left that box checked. You can safely delete them if you dont want them.

I know it was a playlist and I do want those but these games are NES versions and are imported as NES games so they shouldn't show up in the arcade platform, right? They were not here a week ago so I'm not sure what changed

If you switch from the Platform Category view to just Platform view, does Battletoads (NES version, not to be confused with the Arcade Version) still show up When viewing Arcade Platform?  I'm guessing no because you said it's tied to a Playlist.

If it doesn't show up, which Playlist under Arcade Platform (in Platform Category view) is it [Battletoads] appearing in?

It has been solved. Neil9000 I must apologize because you were on the right track. I forgot I made a new playlist under arcade called Rare because I wanted KI and KI2 in their own folder. I restored an old back up and when I went to add this playlist again I saw my error. I had it set to search for games with rare as the developer which included the 15 extra games including Battletoads and Beetlejuice. Changed to just games that contain KI and now the NES games are out.
