LB/BB Opens Folder Instead of Game?

Hey all, I've run into an oddity I'm hoping to find some help with. When I try to launch Binary Land for the famicom instead of the game launching a window is opened to the game's directory. This happens both when I try to launch the game via LB and via BB. The game itself does not launch. Only the window is opened.

Anyone experienced something like this?

When you edit the game, and go to the menu Launching, in the first row "ROM file", does it point to the correct file?

Also, another thing to try, is can you launch that game without Launchbox/Bigbox? If I'm ever having trouble I always try and launch it without the frontend first and then it narrows down whether the problem is my settings on the front end or my settings with the emulator.
