zerotwoeight
hey all i think I've tried everything and am at a loss. any help with be great appreciated. my current issues is with 11.6 and it not recognizing my controllers at all. when i initially setup launchbox everything was working. i then tested big box, and again everything was working. i shut down and on next bootup it no longer sees my controllers. I'm stumped. windows see's them, steam, and retro arch does too. i can play all my games fine, it's just launch box and big box. I've tried deleting the inputbindings.xml, reinstalling and downgrading to 10.1 still nothing. googleing hasn't gotten me anywhere past the few post that are asking about windows 7. thanks guys windows 10 home sj@jx usb enconders launch/big box 11.
zerotwoeight
so i've tested other pcbs and they work, it's just my current setup that fails to work. i'm wondering if it's a direct input vs an xinput thing but i have no idea how to go about testing this or finding out if it is. sucks because i modded a 1up cab with these crappy pcbs. looks like i'll have to find new ones, any recommendations from the community that aren't too expensive. looking for it to be xbox, pc and switch compatible. DOS76
I have zero delay encoders they are pretty cheap and work well but I don't believe they are x-input but I've never had any issues with them
Retro808
I used some cheap ones similar to those sj@jx one and no issue on several builds with LB/BB as well as emulators. Got them off Amazon as well. Easyget was the brand.
zerotwoeight
i ended up gutting a few arcade sticks for the easyget pcbs to get the cab up and running. def don't recommend the sj@jx ones. the two i had were suppose to support 360, pc, ps3 and switch. sadly on my 360 test they would clash and only show up as one pcb. then there's this issue with lb/bb on pc. lesson learned. just really wanted a 360/switch arcade cab.
