If you moved your games into the LB folder structure (or anywhere else for that matter) you can use the change rom path function built into LB UI.

You need to do it on a per platform basis.

Select all the games for the platform then:

>Tools>Change Rom Path for selected games.

Just did this for my sega saturn install, which has all the roms (cue,bin) inside a folder,  and it just broke everything because it didn't search for the "rom" files within any of the similarly named game folders, it's just looking in the root folder now lol.
