problem Problem with start button in controllers (exit any game)

I have read this problem in other sites without a clear solution.  I have 11.7 premium version installed on my Windows 10 last update, but the start button in any control (gamepad, joystick) exit any game in any emulator.  I checked the mapped buttons and exit all the steam, origin etc, but it does not seem anything wrong with that.  Please any clue?

Do you have Controller Automation on and anything set under the "Close Active Window" binding?

I deleted all the inputs in Controller automation in BigBox and Launchbox.  I disabled JoytoKey.  I only have Launchbox or Bigbox running (just Nvidia GeForce Experience is active) but the problem still remais.  Maybe I clicked another "hidden" option?  I cannot find what is wrong.  Thanks for your time.
