You can add any system to the platform list yourself, but this is such an obscure system, doesn’t make sense to add it to the default built in list.

I don’t believe the Pippin itself is emulated, but is was basically just a PPC603 based Mac system.

The Sheepshaver emulator you linked to will run versions of Mac OS fine and can be added to LB fine. The hardest part will be setting up in the Mac OS part to auto run specific programs, and closing cleanly without using proper Mac OS shutdown methods. (OS can easily get messed up by hard close methods)

I have Mac OS 7.6, 8.5, and 9.22 launching with Sheepshaver from LB, but more or less for nostalgia reasons, and not to specific applications in Mac OS.
