When I go through the scroll wheel in big box and pick a platform and then a particular game, I hit play and a error message comes up saying I don’t have the rom. I am sorry to say but we do not offer troubleshooting of prebuilt set-ups. It is difficult since we have no idea what that person did and if you have no clue either we end up chasing our tales. If you want to use the roms from the build and set up LB yourself we would happily offer any assistance to get you sorted out. Otherwise your best course of action is the seller.
