Launchbox RetroArch MAME and High Scores

Hi guys,

I have gone through various tutorials and guides on how to setup HighScore functionality in my Retroarch MAME core.

No success at all!

If someone had any success in it and can offer me some help here, it would be greatly appreciated.

You cant, it has to be the official standalone MAME version from the mamedev website.

Clarification:I do not want the Launchbox functionality, rather than saving my HighScore in game when using the RetroArch MAME core

Ah OK, that i dont know, the core isnt full MAME, so i dont know how to enable it even if available, it doesnt have the full ini like the standalone has.

one more important thing is that launchbox look at the EXE name, so if you download another mame version remember to rename it like mame64.exe otherwise the hiscores wont show up

Hi, sorry to cave this topic… but want to know if someone has discovered how to make the highscore works in mame core (in retroarch)… thx
