Download link not working for email address

Created Forum account ok with email address, however download screen gives an error for the same address (see pic)

What browser are you using, as this seems to bae a issue on your end. I noticed you are using a hotmail.co.uk address, my mother has one of those so i tested her email and it worked just fine.

So its not at all related to your email domain, so must be browser/cookie/shield related if i had to guess.

@EmulationNation Would like to get that resolved, if we can figure out exactly what the issue is. What browser are you using? Is it up to date? What version of Windows are you running?

In Chrome it just issues "error" as per the screen shot

In Edge it says "Please check your email for the download link", but the email never arrives

In Firefox it issues message "Bad Request"

All running on Windows 10 (Version 2004)

Tried with A/V off, Cookies cleared.

Tried a friends account which is <name>@hotmail.com works in all above browsers?

Welp, I'm really rather confused then. I just used Firefox to send you a download email (with your email address) without any issues. If the email isn't arriving, check your spam folder, of course.

First thing i did was check spam folder.  Like i said when i created this Forum account, emails where sent all ok to the account, Its only then i request a download link.

Also tried this from Android phone using Chrome and again says "error"

What email are you using? You can PM me the email address. I sent it to the email that you used to register here on the forums. I'm guessing you're just using a different email.

I was not finding the email too! But it was in "promo" sheet on Gmail!
