jitu757 Posted July 12, 2021 Posted July 12, 2021 Unfortunately, the two methods did not work. First I tried the repair and reinstalling LB. Then tried uninstalling Visual C++ 2015 and then reinstalling LB. I am also not seeing a Data folder in LB root or anywhere else within LB. So, not sure how to go about capturing log output. Quote

Uninstall (not repair) C++ (I had two versions that looked like: Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64 and Visual C++ 2015-2019 x86) 3. Reinstall LB version 11.11 found in Updates folder 1 Quote
Belgarath Posted August 26, 2021 Posted August 26, 2021 I'd just like to add that LaunchBox recently stopped working for me on my GPD Win 3. Following the advice above I uninstalled both Visual C++ 2015-2019 and then reinstalled LB over the top of my existing installation and it's now working again. Quote
