Having issues with the metadata being pulled. It is happening on all consoles/roms.

Basically the metadata is being chopped/distorted/brightened, either one or all three of these.

Please see below examples. Honestly I love Launchbox, and this is the only thing that is giving me issues at the moment.

Do you have custom color management settings applied? I've seen those cause issues saving images that caused things similar to this.

Where would these settings be applied? I don't remember doing this.

Use Windows search and type in "Color Management" (without quotes). Settings are on the last tab. Should look like this (with everything reading System Default)

Could check and make sure you don't have Nahimic service running (just open to task manager and look for it in services) though I'm not sure I've seen it do THAT before it does make some weird graphic bugs happen.

Where do I find these?

You'll find them in: \LaunchBox\Images

Choose your platform and then image type, then you'l see your images.
