launchbox cannot find roms or emulator

im in need of someone to help me out with team viewer i knoww nothing about programming games...i bought a 8tb external hard drive and when launchbox updated i lost mmy connections for roms and emulators could someone please help me out with team viewer and re program my hard drive

Might be hard pressed to find someone here willing to remote into another persons system.

Did you set this drive up yourself or is this one of those prebuilt ones people buy?

Then you will need to go to the person you bought the drive from for support. We do not support illegally sold builds like this.

Doh...I did not even see that the OP mentioned it was bought.

Yeah, we do not trouble shoot those. Best bet is the seller.
