Stupid question about mame roms

Stupid question, is there a way to merge MAME roms together? For example, I want to merge the US version of Pacman  with the JP version of Pacman instead of being separated like this 
 

 

Note : Im not using a full mame romset

Hold CTRL and click on the games you want to combine, right click one and choose combine selected games, and choose the one you want as default from the dropdown.

select one title, hold control and click on the other. Both should now be highlighted. Right click on either and select "Combine Games" pick which you want to the primary (the one that launches by default) and you should have what you're looking for
