Themastershake911
I am using launchbox as a front-end for retroarch, and have been able to get Sega, NES, and SNES games to work fine, but for some reason my Finalburn Neo games are not working in launchbox (they work fine if I run them directly through retroarch). Am I setting up the emulator wrong in launchbox? Here are is how I have it set up under Manage Emulators. I added Finalburn Neo at the bottom as it wasn't an option, but also tried changing the core for other arcade related entries (neogeo) but that didn't work either, and I just ended up deleting those entries. Did you call your platform Finalburn Neo when you imported it? ASs what you name the platform in your image has to EXACTLY match what you called the platform, otherwise Launchbox wont know its the same platform, and to use that core. It didn't give me the option to select Finalburn Neo as the platform, so I selected Arcade. So does that mean if I go into manage emulators and change the name to Arcade it will then work? Or am I misunderstanding you? Is there a way to add an additional platform name?

Themastershake911
Just now, Lordmonkus said: I answered your post on the sub reddit. I just saw, thank you to both of you, I got it down now and really appreciate the help. It makes sense that the associated platform needs to be identifiable to launchbox somehow. Very excited to get things working
