Can't download theme videos android

Whenever I try to download theme videos on android, I get the following error "Launchbox was unable to download the list of available videos from the server".

Anyone ever received this error message before?

Yes, there are several threads already about video download issues for both Android and Windows versions of LB so this error could be related. I do not use Android version so not sure. EmuMovies is working on their end to fix.

Ok, thanks, I searched google and this forum, but thought that emumovies stood apart from this issue.

It does actually stand apart. This issue should not be related. If you turn on log files in the Options, it should hopefully give us more information on the issue.

I created the log file. Cannot make anything out of it 🙂

@baia Sorry for the super late reply here. Those errors from the log file are very strange, as they suggest that an important part of the Android operating system is missing, or maybe it's just a really old version of Android. What device are you using and what version of Android is it running?
