Launchbox Android Pixel 6 - No images

Hello!

I have a license for Launchbox Android, but the app is not playing theme videos and it's not downloading images.

For the platform theme videos, they are downloaded - I can see them in the Launchbox video folder, but they aren't playing on Launchbox.

For game images, I imported SNES, and Genesis games and download media. But the media doesn't work! I can see file sizes of 0 B in my image folders, but they aren't displaying at all in Launchbox.

 

Please help and let me know if you need more information.

@khathaway I don't exactly know what's going on here with the initial information, but sorry to hear about the trouble. I guess, first off, what views are you using for your platforms and your games? Videos are not supported in all views.
