dmprice79
I just downloaded the new update 12.12. And I downloaded the the new border themes for my Genesis games for RetroArch. And now when I open a game I get no sound and it lags very badly. This now happens to every game I play through RetroArch, Nintendo ect. Could someone please give me some pointers on this. It was working perfectly fine until did that border theme download. Edited June 23, 2022 by dmprice79
C-Beats
Never really heard of bezels adding any serious performance issues before. You could try removing the cfg file for one of the games to see if that improves your performance or not. They would be located in \\retroarch\config\{NameOfCore}\{RomName}.cfg
dmprice79
Ya I removed all the config files and it's still doing this. Is it easy to remove RetroArch and just re download it to Launchbox?

What video driver are you using in Retroarch, e.g. gl, glcore, DX11, Vulkan? What video card do you have on that machine?

Lol What's wild is I didn't change a single thing, just downloaded borders. And then it was all screwed up.
