ZackTheSnack
I am a new user of LaunchBox and am using the default RetroArch emulator to run most of my games, barring PS2 games. I am having an issue with RetroArch loading up any 3DS game using the 2048 core and not the Citra core. Games load perfectly when using the standalone Citra emulator. Is this normal? If so, is there a way I can tell LaunchBox to use the Citra emulator for my 3DS games? Thanks!
bundangdon
Certainly not an expert on this, but I do know that you need to go into the emulator settings for Retroarch, click on "Associated Platforms", find Nintendo 3DS on the Associated Platforms list and then select "Citra" as its core. That will probably fix your issue
faeran
This means that when you imported your games, you told LaunchBox to use the 2048 core with RetroArch, as your emulator for 3DS games. @bundangdon is correct that you can adjust this in the Associated Platforms area under your RetroArch emulator (found under Tools > Manage > Emulators).
