Hi all,

Does anyone out there know if you can successfully edit the command line in the data/platform/***** files. I have tried all sorts of ways but when I boot a game it just ignores it. Trying to set some games with different retroarch cores.

Many thanks

Are you trying to do this with LaunchBox for Android or LaunchBox for Windows?

Lunchbox for Android. Found a workaround now but it's very long and time consuming lol.

Yes, you can edit those files if you're careful. If LaunchBox for Android is ignoring the changes, then it's likely still open in the background in Android. So make sure you completely exit the app and then also remove it from the app switcher before you edit any files.

LaunchBox for Android does have per-game emulator override options. Select a game to open its game menu and choose Emulator Settings. That will open the Override Platform Emulator Settings, where you can choose a different core for that particular game, or an entirely different emulator, if you choose.
