David Hess Posted November 20, 2022 Share Posted November 20, 2022 (edited) I am a LaunchBox premium user, I cannot get an email from the website with download links, nor can I find my license xml file. I have been trying for over 24 hours to get the link sent, and it is NOT getting caught up in my SPAM filter. I think the websites outbound mail server is messed up... Edit: found my license. Just following up to say that we got back to David yesterday on this. Did you not receive the email, @David Hess? You might want to check to make sure your mailbox isn't full or something like that. David Hess Posted November 20, 2022 Author Share Posted November 20, 2022 I'm not sure what's going on, on my side, but I see it now in my spam folder, from yesterday. Not only did I not see it yesterday, I couldn't find it when I did a mail trace in my Microsoft 365 admin portal. I don't know why I couldn't see it.
