I am a LaunchBox premium user, I cannot get an email from the website with download links, nor can I find my license xml file.  I have been trying for over 24 hours to get the link sent, and it is NOT getting caught up in my SPAM filter.  I think the websites outbound mail server is messed up...

 

Edit: found my license.  Still can't access the download.

Just following up to say that we got back to David yesterday on this. Did you not receive the email, @David Hess? You might want to check to make sure your mailbox isn't full or something like that.

I'm not sure what's going on, on my side, but I see it now in my spam folder, from yesterday.  Not only did I not see it yesterday, I couldn't find it when I did a mail trace in my Microsoft 365 admin portal.  I don't know why I couldn't see it.  Thank you for the follow up.
