Video snap problem after v13.0 update

My game vid snaps in LB/BB are now not working properly after the latest update. When I select a game sometimes the snap doesn't show although I can hear the sound, it's just a black screen, I have to click the arrow in the dispaly box to make it play. It seems random, it doesn't happen with every game, I never had this problem before 13.0 and it's very irritating when everything was perfect before. Anyone else noticed this glitch? Anyone know how to solve it? Cheers 👍

SOLVED! Just in case anyone else has this problem. I changed the Video Playback settings from VLC to WMP and that solved the issue. Strange, because prior to V13.0 VLC worked just fine....🤔

Personally having this issue as well, and it really needs to be fixed because WMP doesn't work properly with the theme I want. Worked just fine before the update, now it's basically unusable. Launchbox however seems to be working fine, just having the issue with BigBox

What file type are you attempting to play? I know Steam Trailers use webm and require you to install the codec for the videos to play correctly using WMP.
