Launchbox no longer starting.

After upgrading my hard drive, Launchbox no longer loads. It shows a busy sign for less than a second after clicking, then nothing. 

Event viewer shows the following log:

Missing .NET framework perhaps?

This does look to be an issue with .NET of some sort. It's probably worth uninstalling .NET Core 3.1 and reinstalling it from here:

https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-3.1.32-windows-x64-installer

You need the ".NET Desktop Runtime 3.1.32" for x64.
