Error trying getting license for new PC full premium copy Launchbox and Big box combo

I had the combo big box and launch box since 5 years ago, now i tried to redownload to my new PC but the page just give me a error message. Please give me a solution.

I just bought the $30 big box package and getting the same "error" message.
