mg92661
Hi, First time posting, please take mercy upon me. I am migrating computers from Windows to Windows. Some drives and some filepaths will have to change due to storage limitations (moving to a laptop from a desktop), so I will be utilizing external drives to store the games (already backed up onto an external drive) I have installed Launchbox and BigBox on the new PC. I can't find where in the settings there is an Export function, though. This has got to be built in, but I just can't seem to find it. I want to import everything: games, all game attributes, console images, themes, pictures, everything. I am sure a post about this already exists, but I can't find it-- can you link me to it, or, if there are better/different ways, can someone lay them out here? Thank you so much and may the gods of forums have mercy on my post

Launcbox is a portable app, so you can just copy the entire Launchbox folder to another PC, and as long as that PC has the correct library's installed (directx, .NETCORE, etc) everything will just work on the new PC. In that case, all i need to do is edit the directories... Because many of those are changing. Is there a go-to place for that? Thank you!! When I copy them over and start Launchbox, after "Loading Interface", it gives the attached error And then LB shuts down

C-Beats
Looks like you changed your media folders for some of your platforms. You'd need to manually edit the \\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms.xml file and use a Find and Replace tool to correct the paths in that file. I'd recommend making a copy you can revert to in case it doesn't go as smoothly as planned.
