moderator promotion

Hi all,

Is this working correctly? I have submitted a number of changes and I do not yet see any moderator options.

@Revan67 I checked the database and you are marked as a moderator. What browser and OS are you using? Are you still not seeing moderation tools? Do you have any plugins installed that could be blocking cookies or session data?

I hadn't even considered it was a browser problem. I use Opera GX which has built in protections, I turned those off and could see the moderation menu, apologies for the mistake.
