DevilDogA99
I'm new here and struggling to get Roms to work. I got two N64 games to run but Gamecube and Wii games wont. I don't understand what I'm missing. I drag and drop the file onto the LaunchBox home screen and choose the Gamecube option, tell it to keep the file where its at, so it doesn't create an extra file and basically hit next on the other options. What step am I missing to make other systems like GameCube work? Please help.
Lordmonkus
Always check that the games work in the emulator outside of Launchbox first. It makes it much easier to troubleshoot.

GameCube/Wii both should be running off of Dolphin which LaunchBox doesn't currently install for you. If you haven't grabbed this software and told LaunchBox to use it as the emulator you missed a pretty critical step for those systems. When grabbing it please use the standalone version and NOT the RetroArch core as the core has several known issues.
DevilDogA99
Interesting. I see the option when I right click on a game, to "Launch With" and when you highlight it, it shows "Retroarch" & then when you highlight that, it shows "dolphinlibretro". So I thought I already had emulator, Dolphin on here. I'll see if I can download the correct version of Dolphin then because you're right, that would be a a pretty critical missed step.
