Using Stella Launchbox will not start game but open stella and go to the app instead

I believe this has been posted before but to be honest the answer was somewhat confusing. Here is my issue. I do not want to use Retroarch but am using Stella for my atari 2600  games. When I open LB and start an a2600 game, instead of launching the game straight up it dumps me into the stella app.

I have everything in a retrogaming folder divided into subfolders. LB is installed directly onto my desktop.

 

All my paths seem correct.

Try unchecking Extract ROM....to look like the other screenshot.

Just did that. Still is not working.

It depends but in this case I don't think it would but maybe. Some software doesn't care if it's on the desktop but sometimes software does not like being on the desktop or any of the "user" folders.
