Marquee during Gameplay

I would like BigBox to display an animated marquee on my second display while scrolling the games but switch to the static marquee while playing the game. Is this possible? Or if not can it be added as a feature? Would this be a Launchbox / BigBox change or a change to the Third Screen plugin?

BB by default cannot do that. It may be something that can be custom coded into a theme. Not 100% on if a custom theme can detect the game starting and then transition the marquee image so this may be more of a plugin thing. 

If you are using the Third Screen plugin your best bet would be to pose this question on that developers thread to see if the plugin can do that.

There is a binding in our marquee's that is called "IsActive" (without quotes). If Big Box has focus that is true, if not it's false. You can use this to drive your logic since the primary reason Big Box is not focused is because a game is being ran.

Nice to know. Might have a play around with that.
