Getting Visual Pinball to Load in Launchbox - B2S Issue

Anyone know how to get Visual Pinball with DirectB2S backglasses to run in Launchbox/BigBox? I'm getting "Error loading C:\Program Files (x86)\Visual Pinball\Tables\24.directb2s" when trying to play the 24 table, for example. I've confirmed that the b2s files are in the tables directory along with the tables file and Launchbox/Big Box are firing up MAME roms just fine. Tables also run just fine when using the native Visual Pinball 10.8 executable with the backglasses, Pin2DMD for the external DMD device, etc. Any help or information is appreciated!

Do other tables with a backglass work properly when launched from LaunchBox?  Just not 24?

When in Window's File Explorer, if you double-click 24.vpx, does it run properly [with the backglass]?  (vs. opening VPX and then opening the table)

In LaunchBox, when you edit your Visual Pinball X emulator (VPX), do you have the command-line parameters    -minimized -exit -play  ?

Is the Application Path pointing to the x64 version of VPX?  (assuming you may have the x86 and the x64 version of the exe)

Ho Joe Viking - thanks for responding! None of the tables work at this point from Launchbox, only from the native VPX application itself, and they work perfectly outside of Launchbox including the external PinDMD3 as well via Freezy's DMDext utility. I do have the -minimized -exit -play parameters set in Launchbox in emulator settings. When I double click on the 24.vpx in File Explorer I get "Visual Pinball cannot load a file of that version". Yes, the version is pointing to VPX X64 application (v 10.8)

That error looks to be you're trying to load a table with a wrong version of the exe.  i.e. a vpx table with a vpt (V9.0) version of the exe (Vpinball.exe).

But you indicate in LaunchBox, the app path is pointing to the same exe that you can load a table from in stand-alone Visual Pinball via File - Open, Run.

So not sure what's going on.  Hopefully someone else can chime in with more insight.

Strange that it works if you just launch it natively from VPX?

My LB set up for Visual Pinball is this just in case it helps?

Also double check you're launching the correct version of 24 (i.e. just in case there's another file in your tables folder or it's located somewhere else - as a self-confessed hoarder I've accidentally linked to files from backup areas before)
