Bought a premium lifetime license 3 years ago under an e-mail, now claims account doesn't exist... looks like they changed everything.

Still, I bought a lifetime license back then. Free updates for life, but I have no way to retrieve that because apparently there is a new account system and my account isn't "real".

Heck my e-mail from the purchase doesn't even have an order number in it, so that is a huge oversight for a company. Still I never received any kind of info outside of the license file back then.

 

I am sure support will fix it, whatever, just seems a little backwards for a purchase only made a few years ago. It wasn't 2001 when I bought it.

Not sure if this is just a rant, or you're looking for support.  If you haven't done so already, please email support@unbrokensoftware.com for any licensing questions/concerns.  They're the only ones that can help with that.

One thing to note is that your license is not associated to any accounts and never has been. If you still have your license email, your license file is attached to it.

If you lost your license email, you can simply recover it using the lost license form: https://.www.launchbox-app.com/premium/lost-license

If you lost access to your email address, that's when you can email the support mailbox that @JoeViking245 is referring to there.
