AstroBob Posted February 6 Posted February 6 Hi there, Thanks for reporting this, would it be possible to elaborate on this, in particular any steps taken to reliably reproduce this error? If you can let us know how to reproduce it we'll do our best to advise further. Regards, Quote

I'd assume if you turned off GOG auto-import this would stop. If you can't open LaunchBox you can navigate to \\LaunchBox\Data\Settings.xml and look for <GogAutoImport> and set it to "Off" (without the quotes) and then save/close the file and open LB again. rfederer Posted February 9 Author Posted February 9 Hello, Thanks for your answers. I put on "Off", but nothing works, the bug is constant. Worse: - I uninstalled LaunchBox - I ran Ccleaner - I deleted all the registry keys still present - I reinstalled, and when launching the software, the error still appears Please, can you help me? rfederer Posted Sunday at 03:02 PM Author Posted Sunday at 03:02 PM Hello, I've been doing a bit of computing for 30 years, and I've never seen such a bug! How is this possible please? I uninstalled, cleaned the registry with Ccleaner, but the bug appears with all versions: 13.17, 13.18 and 13.19 (new version of the day). I remind you that I paid almost 100 $ for software that doesn't work! Quote
