13.19+ adding game paths have changed

Before when adding a game selecting a file it populated like this:

Now it populates like this:


Always worked perfect before, Now I have to manually edit every game I add. Pretty annoying. Unless I am missing that there is an option for this?

How are you adding the game?

Right click, add game in the games window. Its how I mainly do it. Since I only add games mostly one at a time as I find a game I want.

So that the way the path looks after pressing browse and selecting a file?

Yes the second pic is how it populates now.

It use to do it by using the .. to go back in directory from LB root folder now it just pastes a full file location without telling what drive. Also, I use a mapped network drive. The .. method worked on all drives in any location and on every PC that accesses the drive after I networked it.

Tested this on my arcade cabinet which also uses the same location. Populates the same way except that it actually adds the drive letter to the path and seems to work fine. Full file path instead of the .. but with the drive letter included. 🤷‍♂️

Just seeing if anyone one discovered anything. or even has a way to edit anything settings or a file to make it go back to how it was?

I just noticed something when adding more games. Looks liked depending on the platform it adds the file location as above with no drive letter and in some platforms with the drive letter. It was not different on my PC vs my arcade PC as I assumed before.
So my first post & images were my PC as well is this one. So it seems random on different platforms on same PC.
