EtherBoo Posted Monday at 02:39 PM Posted Monday at 02:39 PM Hi there. Struggling to resolve something that I feel like should be pretty simple. A game called Dragon Fighter is matching to the wrong DB Entry. It's matching to a bootleg ROM instead of the official one. Here's what it should match to for comparison. If I try to clear it and search, I don't get the option for any other games: I tried clearing out all the search fields and don't get the game for NES except the bootleg one: This gives me 2 questions - 1) Is there a way for me to force it to a DB ID and link it to that one; if so, how? 2) How do I find the correct DB ID, it doesn't appear on the website entry anywhere? C-Beats Posted Monday at 03:02 PM Posted Monday at 03:02 PM What is the ROM filename you are doing this for? For games with values in parens I believe we try to match the paren value in the filename and match based on that first which may explain why the match is appearing like that. Quote
EtherBoo Posted Monday at 03:07 PM Author Posted Monday at 03:07 PM The ROM Filename is Dragon Fighter (U).zip Quote

EtherBoo Posted Monday at 03:54 PM Author Posted Monday at 03:54 PM That worked (renaming the region from U to USA)! Is there a way for me to rename it back so it has just the U to keep file names consistent? 1 Quote

C-Beats Posted Monday at 06:57 PM Posted Monday at 06:57 PM This is related to a bug we've found and will have corrected in the next beta release. Thanks for bringing it to our attention! Quote
