Big Box - "Recently played" playlist only refreshes on quit and relaunch?

Sorry in advance if this has been addressed before, I couldn't find an answer using search.

I have a Recently Played playlist in Big Box. I run Big Box on a CRT via CRT and simply put the computer to sleep so it's quick to get back in. 

The issue I have is that this auto-populated playlist doesn't refresh itself unless I quit out of Big Box and relaunch it. This isn't the most convenient.

Is there a setting or way to make this type of playlist that will refresh in Big Box instantly?

Just to add more information, the playlist is based on "Last played" field, with the comparison being "is in Recent Days" set to 120. It is also set up as a platform for purposes of placement in Launchbox.

Again, this works in Launchbox - the list is immediately updated. Not in Bigbox without quiting out.

Just to close the loop on this, as of 13.21 this should now be addressed, since dynamic playlists in Big Box now update instantly without caching, so changes are reflected during the same session.
