Retrolust bezel tutorial for retroarch

The retrolust bezels for MAME are pretty straigtforward; however, the bezels for retroarch are little bit more confusing to set up.  I can apply the bezels okay, but I'm having trouble changing the aspect ratio and the position of the game screen.

 

Apologies for creating a separate thread.  The retrolust post is like a million pages long, and it was difficult to wade through them
