The Papaw Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Have Wi U roms on mapped SMB share and they are not auto importing new roms. This was true with v20 as well as with current v21. Running manual scan works in both versions. Just reporting. Quote
AstroBob Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Thanks for the report here. I've just testing this on 13.21 and WiiU roms do appear to import correctly, even with the games directory set to a location outside of the LaunchBox directory. May I confirm: - What file format are you WiiU games? - That Y: directory that you have listed for the WiiU games, are other platforms stored on that directory and do they auto-import properly? Let me know and we'll see if we can figure out why this isn't working for you. Quote

AstroBob Posted May 20 Posted May 20 Okay, it would be good to verify that for sure, since that will rule out any issues with files being in that specific Y: location. As a test, can you also try using the .wad format (you can generate these from within Cemu), and see if that auto-imports correctly, as that will identify if the file format your using is somehow causing the issue Let me know Quote

Never seen anything about any conversions in cemu, or Wii U using that file format. Quote
Solution The Papaw Posted May 20 Author Solution Posted May 20 @AstroBob I found the issue, somehow my game path had gotten changed to a path to a single game. I am so sorry for wasting your time dude. 1 Quote
midas Posted May 21 Posted May 21 I've had that happen when for whatever reason I'd dragged/dropped a single game to import--it changed the path for the system to the path to that game. Quote

I had thought that is what happened, but wasn't sure so I didn't say anything Quote
