Didn't Get Gamesdb Account Verification Email

Hi, I signed up with my email to and same "Gamertag" as my username in the forum at  https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/account/register but never got the verification email. (I checked Spam folder.)

I tried to re-do it, but now it says "  This GamerTag is already in use by another account."  

Would someone be able to help set up my account?

The LaunchBox Games Database site login now uses the same credentials (user name and password) as your Forums login.  No need for separate ones.  But you do still need login separately.

Thanks for clearing that up. However, my forum credentials didn't work (same email/pass as this forum), which led me to believe I needed to create a new account.

Any other things to try?

Maybe try the forgot password?

But I suppose it'll try to email you [again] and we know  how that went last time. But could still try it.

Otherwise, may need to email support or see if they respond here tomorrow (normal business days). (or both)

Forgot password leads to:
"An account with this email address was not found."

Definitely strange since its the same email from this forum....

I see the account DB side. The account is the same email/username as the one used in the forums. I show we sent verification email yesterday and the link in it's not been clicked on. Check your SPAM folder and make sure it didn't get sent into there.

Ah disregard. There is a period missing in the URL you used which explains the email failure. I've corrected the data, try the forgot password link again and it should work this time.
