LB 14.0 issues with LB Reader

Updated to never LB version, when launching any document in any format is still opens like in previous versions of LB. In the settings I do have LB reader selected:

Any one have any suggestions for the LB reader to open as intended?

Does this folder exist?
    ..\LaunchBox\System\Software\LaunchBox Reader\
And does it contain all 236 files?

If not,

• go to Tools < Manage < Plugins...
• Select LaunchBox Reader
• Click Install (or update or whatever it may say to add it)

The folder did not exist. Went to install it I got this error:

Ok... I closed it out, then tried a second time and it worked!! Seems to be working perfectly now!
