Could you make one without the MAME logo? just sort of a generic look with the manufacturers background.

The diagonal lines are being caused by an error in the download. The vert_screen_mask png image is missing.

Exact. Sorry for the mistake, new zip file uploaded with vert_screen_mask inside.
