I got annoyed in the end and installed the Unified - Redux that works nicely. I tried using a different resolution and that didn't work. I assume something went wrong with install. Tried 3 times and same thing. I am using an Ultrawide monitor. The redux version is smaller and works nicely. Thank you all for your assistance.

Yes they play, they also play in a different theme. Only in Unified they are not playing. I have seen everyone else get this to work. Tried using wmp and vlc. Downloaded k-lite pack too, no effect before or after. The video plays in launchbox without an issue - Just in BigBox it's not playing. I just get the default black screen inside the box. - All the platform videos work- just not the game videos. I have made sure the video is in the video path selected within launchbox. Also made sure that the name of the file exactly matches the title. - No Joy. Any suggestions on what I Can try?

I'm confused, i thought downloading the platform videos where for the console or arcade cabinet. I have those and they work fine. Just not the game videos. Downloading now, lets see if that fixes the issue.

This is what i see: check the pictures. If i go into the detail and click on start movie in fullscreen, it shows the video.

Yes tried that. Even vertical wheel 4 that is the fullscreen one, does not work.

I am using unified and vertical wheel 3. I have tried placing videos everywhere and it does not show up. Tried a different theme and it shows up. Not sure why it's not showing up. What am i doing wrong? Oh and the video shows in launchbox just not in bigbox.

My game videos do not show. It's just a black box. I have verified that it plays in vlc outside of bigbox. I have a premium emumovies account. The videos are in both the \LaunchBox\Videos\Super Nintendo Entertainment System and \LaunchBox\Videos\Super Nintendo Entertainment System\Theme folders and it's still not playing the video. This is not platform videos, its the actual game videos. Any ideas?
