  1. Love the videos! You say add mine to complete, how do I go about adding mine? I just now finally noticed that entire section of the site and the "submit" a file button, lol. Trying to find a section of the site for Marquee videos, but don't see one so far. Going to finish the MK and Metal Slug series (mostly) and then I'll go back to making Platform videos since that seems to be what people need most.
  2. Wow, all of this means so much coming from you! I’ve been a big fan for a long time! Was even on the Patreon for a while! Love your work! It is a big inspiration for me! I have a YouTube channel where I make documentaries about crazy cult films, so that is where a lot of my time in AfterEffects goes right now. I do find it hard to jump back into making marquees and such because it doesn’t seem like many people really need them. The market is so small. But it’s truly the small comments and “thanks” that keep bringing me back. My personal arcade is sort of collecting my wife’s junk sitting on top of it at the moment (no time to play recently), so when I make a video it’s for those who may download it. However… When you spend 3-4 hours working on something and then don’t hear any feedback, it’s easy to forget the project. But when I get one of these emails from Launchbox every so often and I see one or two people have commented, it brings me back and makes me want to help out the community
  3. If you look under each post where I post a new video, I’ve uploaded each video in a zip file so you can get max resolution and not worry about YouTube compression!
  4. Thank you so much! It takes a lot of time and work to make these videos, but I’ll do my best to get more active on them! Keep an eye on this space!
  5. Finally got around to MK3, lol. Again, just tried to make the original marquee "come to life." MK3.zip
  6. Made a marquee for Mortal Kombat II. This one is a little bit more of a "what if the original Marquee came to life." It's more simple, though it took a lot more work. Moral Kombat 2.zip
  7. Sorry, just saw your post! Made one of the first MK game real quick (well, like an hour, lol) What do you think? I have the project files and can always edit them. I work this weekend, but I'll try to get some stuff done Monday-Wednesday. Hopefully for the MK series and finish with Metal Slug. Moral Kombat 1992.zip
  8. Went ahead and made Video Marquees for Metal Slug 2 and 3 as well. Will have more for 4,5,6,7, and X coming. Am busy doing renovations around the house, but will pop these out as I have time. Metal Slug 2 Metal Slug 3 Metal Slug 2 and 3.zip
  9. Well, I went ahead and tried to duplicate the Teknoparrot marquee from Arcade Adam's video: Also, I looked back and saw your request for the Metal Slug series. So, I started with the first game: I used a chromatic aberration effect on the footage, kinda going for a "CRT Feel," but is it too much? Feel like I might need to tone it down a bit. I'll try to get the other games done throughout the week as long as I have time. If people want to leave suggestions for platforms (especially platforms) or games that need doing, I'm willing to slowly try and get them done. Might be a way for me to actually start doing more of these. Metal Slug Marquee.mp4 TeknoParrot Marquee.mp4
  10. I’m not sure where to find it, but I can see if I can come up with something similar. Will make it easier on myself and look for a similar background visualizer effect on Envato Elements.
  11. Made a couple more, feeling inspired! If you feel anything looks off, want something changed, or want to make a request, let me know. These next two might be too "overly filtered" for some. Let me know and maybe I'll upload with less lighting effects layered over the top. I'll attach these two to this post as well. Super Nintendo Sega CD 10-02-2024.zip
  12. I added it as an attachment on the first post. They're in a .zip file.
  13. Edited the post, added video previews for a Sega Genesis video + a Neo Geo AES video. Also added a zip file with all of the video files. Hope its of use!
  14. Sorry all! When I posted this, it didn’t seem like there was much interest, so I never got around to figuring out how to post the files. Since then, I obviously haven’t been around, so I didn’t see these replies until Truest1 messaged me earlier (and I got an email). So, newb question, what would be the easiest way to upload the files? Tomorrow I’ll see about tracking down the ones I have and I’ll be glad to upload them. I know I have a Sega Genesis one as well that I made and I do actually plan on making more (oddly enough, it was on my mind to get started back on this and I literally planned to start back up on it in the morning).
  15. Noted. Missed that E in the logo. Edited the files and re-uploaded them, also added a thicker stroke around some objects. I am enjoying the process! End goal is to have videos for at least all of my platforms in the future.
