  5. I don't use symlinks anywhere and I have the issue. So, it's definitely something else.
  6. I don't have any external plugins installed besides the ones that Launchbox comes with. The issue happens with ANY platform. And like I said before, it seems to be random. Sometimes it throws the error and another times it doesn't. I also tried a clean installation and the same thing happens. If I revert back to 13.15 (or any previous version) everything works fine. So definitely something is broken on 13.16. And this is a very annoying bug because sometimes I need to try 10 times before it lets me import my games.
  7. I'm having the same issue as everyone here after updating to 13.16. I don't have the error in 13.15. The error is random, like 60% chance it will happen. Debug 2024-09-17 08-11-11 PM.log

  9. No dev has replied to this issue at all which I find amusing since there're quite a few people with this problem. At least, I can still use the import files option instead of the folder option. Otherwise I will be definitely not happy.
  10. I have no idea either. I already tried many things without success. I tried importing .iso/.xiso and neither shows up in the list. I tried deleting the platform and adding it again and I still get the same result. The only option for me to add new games to this platform is by using the files option. I just add all the games in the folder to the list and then only the new games show up as new. It would be nice if a moderator can confirm if this is a bug in launchbox.
  11. How you can check which games are in the pipeline pending for approval? I just can see a random game each time in the moderation tab.
  12. Yes, everything was correct. That's why I was surprised it got rejected. I have almost 3k submissions and this was the first time my submission got rejected and for an absurd reason because I can't find the game anywhere in the database. And how do you know there are multiple submissions? And my submission was sent the same day the game was released, so I find it very unlikely.
  13. Hi everyone, So, I made a submission to add this game to the database but it got rejected because the game already exists? I just searched for it again just now and I can't find it.
  14. The problem only happens when I try to import games for the Microsoft Xbox platform using the folder option. Any other platform works as expected. Steps I did: I added a few new games in the Microsoft Xbox folder Use import and selected the folder where my Xbox games are And the list is just empty I have no idea why the list is empty. And like I said, this is the only platform this happens.

  16. Hi, I have a very strange issue when using Redream on BigBox (v13.6). When I try to open the main menu in Redream (I have it mapped to my XBox controller view button) it doesn't show up. It just mutes the game. The issue only happens when using BigBox. Using LaunchBox or launching the games directly in Redream works fine. Hopefully, there's a fix for it. Thanks.
  17. I also don't have a Sinden Lightgun but I'm thinking buying one or two depending on the experience 🤔 The error on exit that was getting with TeknoParrot doesn't happen with all my games. Actually, only happens when I play Initial D Arcade Stage 6 AA and only when I use LaunchBox/BigBox. If I use TeknoParrot directly then I get no error. Very strange 🤔 I will test the short version of your script today and give you an update. Anyways, thanks for the script again. That error was very annoying and I just wanted to get rid of it 😅

  19. Apparently, there's a ticket open to add support for the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller in BigBox: https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/4546/nintendo-switch-pro-controller-support I hope more people vote in it so it gets high priority. The request was made in 2018 though.
  20. I have the same problem with my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. BigBox doesn't seem to recognize the controller at all. It would be nice if support for it will be added in future releases. Like Steam (Big Picture) has native support for it.
