I re-downloaded the Launchbox V13.22 today, overwriting my previous download a few days ago. Scanned it with Malwarebytes. No issues. Installed it. No issues with my Avast. Problem seems to be gone now.
I do understand about false positives however I have been in IT longer than most of you have been alive LOL, well, since the 80's anyways. Seen everything... seen a bank release thousands of CD's with a virus by accident, seen big companies like Avast release their CCleaner with a virus.
It happens. The problem is, there is so many ways to get infected these days, it's hard to tell.. is it really a false positive?
Normally I would test it on one of my other Ryzens but, I only use my 7950x as my main machine, no time to go to my 5950x to test things out... lack of space where I live. LOL!
So, I also use my machines for work... can't risk any infections at all and my air gapped machines require time to move software to them for testing which I only do in batches.
BUT, doesn't matter... all seems to be resolved now anyways!
Love your program! Happy to be a paid supporter.
Keep up the good work!

An ease of life solution...
Allow us to have a folder with all the BIOS's in it. Point the software to that folder. And when you are importing games... it looks in that folder for everything it could ever want... pops up the choices (Say for PS1) or other ROMS/BIOS and let's you choose... BIOS1, BIOS2, ... BIOS5, etc...
Then the software could be even more automated.

I do find it pretty slow on a network connection but it could be my linux raid 5 array.
2.5Gbps LAN connection through Ubiquity Switch, Ubuntu MDADM speeds of 7.4GB/sec (across all the raided drives)... but, will be adding in an SSD array in the future so maybe that's the problem... We shall see... either way, love the software!
