Hey all, I was wondering if any of the experts here were able to share a step by step guide into successfully importing Mame roms and the best way to scrape images for front box art? I am familiar with the importing process but because Mame seems to be a different kettle of fish (the zipped file names being abbreviated and all). I was curious to know how others are setting this up? As of now I have imported about 300 Mame roms (using in current location external hard drive) and I reckon maybe 10% of them have box art downloaded. Thanks

When I imported I did a Ctrl F "USA" and just selected all the USA titles to import across onto Launchbox.

Hey guys, I haven't been able to find any info on how Xbox 360 controllers are to be set up for use on LB/BB. Can anyone explain what steps need to be taken to enable controller use? Thanks

Depending on which LaunchBox I use, the times vary from 3 seconds to around 6 seconds now. (before it was around 15 seconds) How did you set this up in terms of where on your PC do you download/install each LaunchBox?

I haven't had a chance to give it another go but once I do I will report in.

As I said when I attempted to install D.T it crashed my computer which is why I have gone with a VCD. Is this something that can be looked into so that LB can support other mounting programs?

Does LB support alternative programs that do the same thing as Daemon Tools? i.e Virtual Clone Drive? The reason I ask is I once tried to install D.T on my laptop (windows 8.1) and it basically crashed my whole system.

Hi all, just wondering if there was any progress with the MAME issue? I was contemplating importing my MAME roms into LB but because the file names are only abbreviations of the games I thought I better check here first and I am glad that I did!

As a newbie to LaunchBox, I imported a few platforms/roms and notice that there was quite a few front box art missing. Is this program meant to automatically find front box art for all roms and update accordingly? I need some pretty basic instructions about what/how I should use this Tool. Thanks

Sorry for the stupid question but this beta you are talking about is that testing out a future release of LaunchBox?
