This is my same process, but I use different programs. Topaz and https://imgupscaler.com/ for upscaling. https://www.myfonts.com/pages/whatthefont and https://www.whatfontis.com/ for finding fonts. Photoshop pen tool for cutting out logos and sometimes I can use https://vectormagic.com/ to cut logos. https://tinypng.com/ to lower the file size. Occasionally I use 3DS Max to recreate some parts of logos, but most of the time it's just using the pen tool in Photoshop.

I did this one in 2020, it's been removed from the database. Guessing it's due to being more a learning program rather than a game.
