For example if download new Romset for SNES, remove the old one from LB and import the new one. Would this fields be saved somewhere?

You're right. Only quantum is a MAME Vector game. Those games are made of Vectors in AAE (Another Arcade Emulator) which is also arcade, but it seems not in MAME. Sorry about the confusion.
