i put this message in this sectiion because that what i'm tired of doing troubleshooting and fixing problem with bigbox i've been with you since the beginning i don't know if you guys changed the programmers or what but whoever is doing things now sucks i'm done fixing this pos i'm moving to emulation station i know you don't care but neither do i.. i got my money's worth from this but now it just pisses me off the lastest issue is if i run 3do or nintendo64dd it crashes launchbox i have to change the name to get it to work i reinstalled and restored it yet again for say the millionth time in the past 2 years and at the end when it still didn't work i realized why am i wasting so much time with this bullshhh and i'm done

got it.. in associated platforms it was spelled right just all lower case for some reason i made the S and M capitalized and it worked weird well long as its working

tried that no dice every other platform is there

i'm not seeing sega model 3 how can i make it show on the list

really i get a bunch of 404s and its slow as hell

its to the point i regret selecting to use it and i wonder why am i still paying for this fix it please it sucks bad i usually have to run it over night and its filled with errors

I complained when i had issues so this is kind of the reverse of that haven't had issues since and i appreciate the fact that all the issues are gone it actually was a surprise to me being a user for 10 years and never having one problem a few months of issues i can let that slide i don't play my build often but when i do i just would like it to work so i apologize if i seemed angry more like frustrated

Hey since I have you let me ask a question I have pretty much a remote for every system im trying to get switch and ps5 controllers working in bigbox menus without interfering with all the other controllers any ideas?

I paid for my forever license about 2 years ago after renewing every year for years just to support so ill announce whatever I feel I need to thank you

I was able to fix it with a reinstall and restore when I turn on lb I want to play games not troubleshoot its getting annoying ive had lauchbox since before support for tg-16 I just got over all the crashing now this they need to get it together

after this last update now when i load launchbox it comes up fine but all other windows are white edit options whatever come up white and can't be edited and bigbox when i load it i hear it but nothing comes up on the screen and just a fyi i'm getting so tired of a new update new problem lately You just lost a customer who has been a customer for years and years
